I'm Josh McNeill, owner of McNeill Services — born and raised in Magnolia, Texas, where my wife and I are raising our family of six. We're not just a local business, we're your neighbors.
McNeill Services was built on a simple idea: Magnolia homeowners deserve custom pools, covered patios, and outdoor living spaces without the big-company markup. We run fully structured projects using the same licensed, insured subcontractors the large builders use — just without the massive overhead. We pull permits, work with consistent crews, and stay hands-on from start to finish across Magnolia, The Woodlands, Tomball, Pinehurst, and surrounding areas.
